This refund & cancellation policy is adopted by all drivers of Native Taxi of Marathon, Florida and will apply to all taxis/vehicles as arranged on the customers’ behalf through Native Taxi of Marathon, Florida.  

 

Local (within Marathon) Cancellations and Bookings

• If you need to cancel a booking please contact us by calling 305-304-9932.

• All cancellations of local journeys made before the booking time and prior to vehicle dispatch will not incur a penalty charge.

• As a general rule, local journeys are normally dispatched up to twenty minutes before their due time.

• Any canceled trips that have been prepaid by credit card will not be refunded the convenience fee due to Square's refund policies at this time.

• There are no refunds for service rendered or canceled.

 

Long Distance Cancellations and Bookings

• If you need to cancel a booking please contact us by calling 305-304-9932.

• All long distance journeys must be prepaid with cash or card before the driver leaves Marathon.

• Cancellations of long distance journeys with pickups in Marathon made prior to vehicle dispatch will not incur a penalty charge.

• Trips that have been prepaid by credit card will not be refunded the convenience fee charge due to Square's refund policies at this time.

• As a general rule, long distance journeys are dispatched approximately 60-90 minutes before their due time.

• Cancellation penalty charges will vary based on pick-up location and amount of time prior to booking time.

• There are no refunds for service rendered OR if the driver has already arrived at the pick up location outside of Marathon, Florida.

 

Refunds

• All refunds must be requested within 7 days of the original booking date.

• Refunds to credit/debit cards can only be refunded to the original card used. 

• Trips that have been prepaid by credit card will not be refunded the convenience fee charge due to Square's refund policies at this time.

• There are no refunds for service rendered.

 

Liability

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, Native Taxi of Marathon, Florida reserves the right to cancel all services. Where payment has been made, a refund will be issued. If a car breaks down during the journey, an alternative will be provided with a practical time allowance.

 

Termination

No refunds will be given for journeys terminated part way through the hire. If the journey is not prepaid, full fare will be due to the driver.
