CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This refund & cancellation policy is adopted by all drivers of Native Taxi of Marathon, Florida and will apply to all taxis/minivans as arranged on the customers’ behalf through Native Taxi of Marathon, Florida.  

 

Local Cancellations and Bookings

All cancellations of local journeys made before the booking time and prior to vehicle dispatch will not incur a penalty charge. If you need to cancel a booking please contact us by calling our main line at

305-304-9932. As a general rule, local journeys are normally dispatched up to twenty minutes before their due time. If cancelled after dispatched or upon pick up there will be a $5.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for service rendered.

 

Long Distance Cancellations and Bookings

All long distance journeys must be pre-paid before the driver leaves Marathon, Florida. All cancellations of long distance journeys (i.e. pick-ups outside Marathon, Florida) made prior to vehicle dispatch will not incur a penalty charge. If you need to cancel a booking please contact us by calling our main line at

305-304-9932. As a general rule, long distance journeys are normally dispatched up to 60-90 minutes before their due time. Penalty charges will vary based on pick-up location and amount of time prior to booking time. There are no refunds for service rendered or if the driver has already arrived at the pick-up location outside of Marathon, Florida.

 

Refunds

All refunds must be requested within 7 days of the original booking date. Refunds to credit/debit cards can only be refunded to the original card used. There are no refunds for service rendered.

 

Liability

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, Native Taxi of Marathon, Florida reserves the right to cancel all services. Where payment has been made, a refund will be issued. If a car breaks down during the journey, an alternative will be provided with a practical time allowance.

 

Termination

No refunds will be given for journeys terminated part way through the hire. If the journey is not prepaid, full fare will be due to the driver.
