NATIVE TAXI FANTASY FEST POLICY

(This policy also applies for everyday trips to Downtown Key West)

In order to create a safe, fun, and reliable experience for Fantasy Fest,

Native Taxi has a specific policy for transportation to Key West.

There will be NO exceptions to this policy.

 

Due to the volume of traffic and street closures in Key West for this event, we cannot drop off or pick up anywhere other than the designated area. Please plan accordingly.

Our current designated drop off AND pick up is located at the CVS at 530 Truman Ave., one block north of Duval. There is a map at the bottom of this page with the location of CVS. You will then be responsible for transportation within and around Key West.

 

Key West Transit offers a FREE shuttle, The Duval Loop, at the corner of Simonton St. and Truman Ave., where it will take you to other locations near Duval. Please click the link to see the most up to date information on their website.

Traveling with Native Taxi:

​

• You and your entire group must be at the designated pick-up spot at the scheduled time. You can call 305-304-9932 to change the time, at least an hour and a half notice is required.

• If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the driver will return to Marathon, and the prepaid fare amount will be forfeited.

• If some or all members of your group are missing, and we are asked to wait for them to arrive, we charge $1 per minute wait time. 

• If you make it to the pick-up point after the driver left but before the driver has returned to Marathon, we can have the driver return for an additional charge (amount will vary based on driver location) and must be paid by credit/debit card over the phone.

• We recommend designating one member of the group to be the transportation coordinator to communicate with the driver and make sure all members of the group are present. This is extremely helpful in large group/party situations.

• One-way pick ups outside of Marathon will need to be prepaid by card over the phone or cash/card before leaving Marathon.
